Full Time Number of hires for this role 1 Personal Training Sales Manager We are seeking a FULL-TIME highly motivated fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
An Anytime Fitness Personal Training Manager/Head Coach focuses primarily on helping all members Make Healthy Happen.
She/He must possess the enthusiasm, the knowledge, skills, and abilities to conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants.
This role provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention.
Our facility has the latest and greatest equipment with all the accessories and the functional space for our rockstar Coaches.
We are looking for someone that possesses above average customer service skills and is on a mission to provide a surprisingly personable experience with everyone she/he meets.
Your responsibilities include:
Perform assessments for and present PT programs to at least 5 prospective new clients per week, with the objective of gaining at least 1 or 2 new clients per week Line up and confirm appointments for assessment with new prospects.
Service all existing clients, resolving all client issues and ensuring client loyalty.
Prospect for leads through current members or community networking opportunities.
Management of a team and driving results through motivation and club culture to ensure overall club goals are met.
All other duties as assigned.
Your Expectations Meet all new members, establishing a relationship with them as a fitness professional who will help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
To always act with integrity and confidence that what we offer is worth far more than what we ask for it.
To be able to connect with and inspire all types of personalities this applies not only to prospective clients but also to your counterparts on the Fitness staff.
The key is learning what each person wants and helping them achieve it.
