Responsibilities and Duties Office/facilities maintenance - support for local headquarters location, warehouse, and 40 sales offices throughout US Includes:
Coordination and scheduling of repairs, cleaning, resolution of any issues in the work environment.
Project management - office relocations/expansions/reconfiguration.
Coordinate office development with local employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Create reports and documentation of projects.
Keep clear communication with management and stakeholders.
Proactively identify areas to improve the project process.
Travel required up to 20% of your time.
Proactive walkthroughs to ensure quality of the facilities.
Generate new ideas and improvements for the department.
Requirements and Qualifications Four-year college degree Experience with project management is a plus Preferred Skills/Technical Skills Analytical and complex problem-solving skills High degree of attention to detail Ability to organize for on-time completion of multiple tasks and projects Proficient business writing and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel and Outlook Why work for KEYENCE?
