Summary:
The Administrative Clerk will coordinate various office tasks and functions for the Accounts Payable department.
This is a part time role, averaging 20 hours a week.
Job
Responsibilities:
Performs scanning and filing tasks for the accounts payable department.
Copies, collates and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
Files documents into boxes to be filed away for recordkeeping.
Receives, records and distributes packages.
Sort and deliver incoming mail and collect and send outgoing mail.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong computer skills including working with Adobe and saving to files.
Efficient typing skills, with an emphasis on accuracy.
Education/
Experience:
Entry level, no previous experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
