Northern New Jersey Bank seeking (2) LOAN SERVICING REPRESENTATIVES
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for monitoring the Bank's loans which are serviced by other institutions and companies; reports and remits on loans serviced for others and tracks commercial loans in accordance with loan monitoring policies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitors the receipt of monthly Loans Serviced by Others/GNMA remittance checks and Summary Transaction Reports.
2. Prepares month-end Loans Serviced by Others/GNMA reconciliations and interest accruals. Prepares Loans Serviced by Others monthly delinquency report.
3. Prepares investor reports/remittances for loans serviced for other institutions.
4. Handles servicer inquiries and maintains current loan servicer information.
5. Provides assistance in monitoring the ARM changes and prepares ARM notices as required. Reviews system ARM change reports daily.
6. Responsible for requests for financial statements, rent rolls and evidence of insurance.
7. Tracks activity on spreadsheets regarding financial information requirements.
8. Monitors loans with UCC1 filings.
9. Assists in preparing payoff statements and receipts of payoff funds and applications.
10. Performs other duties as required.
Education:
College Degree or equivalent related business experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years investor reporting experience required.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines.
Proficiency with various software programs, including word processing and spreadsheet software required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
