Northern New Jersey Bank seeking E Banking Specialist
Support day-to-day operation of the Bank's electronic banking product suite, including consumer and business online banking, bill payment, debit card processing/disputes, and related hardware and software.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support functions for all eBanking delivery channels, including but not limited to ACH transfers, ATM/Debit Card processing, Remote Deposit, Consumer and Small business online banking, and Bill Pay.
Process and monitor reports related to eBanking channels for the capture of key metrics, and compliance to security regulations and procedures.
Assist in administration of Reg E claim process for ATM/Debit Card and ACH transactions.
Provide direct support to Branches in monitoring ATM activity, clearing error conditions, coordinating service calls with service providers, training staff on ATM functionality.
Online Banking activity observation, utilizing anomaly detection, for security and integrity of delivery channel.
Assist in customer setup and support for Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture delivery channels
Monitor and process consumer and small business Mobile Remote Deposits.
Provide internal customer support for eBanking channels for corporate and branch staff.
Support departmental projects and new product research for expanding eBanking channel
Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or mix of education and experience
2 years of eBanking or banking operations experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
