VERY LUCRATIVE INCENTIVE SALES PACKAGE
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing CRE business with clients/prospects to meet departmental goals, while achieving maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services. Prospects for new business customers via networking, cold-calling and visiting potential clients in-person. Monitors the quality of existing accounts by verifying conformance to existing policies, ensuring that necessary documentation is complete and by conferring with superiors regarding difficult or sensitive issues. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Ensures strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and applications and related services. Keeps abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, and competitive activities. Coordinates with underwriters and closes new loans/modifications as needed. Performs other duties as required.
Qualified candidates should possess College Degree or education (or a combination of education and experience) equivalent to an undergraduate degree. Minimum of 3 years Commercial Real Estate origination experience with a thorough understanding of the CRE product line, underwriting requirements and procedures required. Excellent verbal/written communication skills required, as well as good organizational and sales skills to cultivate leads. Candidate must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment. Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and strong customer service skills required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
