Job Description:
As our genomics and next-gen-sequencing (NGS) programs expand rapidly, we are seeking two (2) software engineers(actual job title negotiable) in open seniority levels to join our recently established Bioinformatics department. The successful candidates will work in a highly collaborative environment and participant in software development work in order support the company's end-to-end delivery of clinical reports in the genomics programs.
The scope of the work will include:
1. Primary: Work closely with CLIA-certified genomics laboratories to develop and customize laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to meet their 24/7 operational needs. Develop databases, API servers and clients to interface and interconnect a diversity of in-house and commercial software systems to streamline data- and work-flows.
2. Secondary: Develop scripts, databases and interfaces to facilitate NGS data movement and data archival in compliance to established data management policies. Support the R&D department in novel algorithm implementation; optimize R&D software codes for stability, efficiency and scalability; and migrate R&D analytical pipelines to production use in parallel high-performance computing cluster.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
